So you go to bed at night. You lay down and start to rest. Then after a while various parts of your body start twitching, sometimes you feel tiny pinpricks here and there. No big deal. nothing to fear. When you go to sleep at night, you’re in the Healing Chambers.

While this may be true, I have found the twitchiness to be nearly unbearable. The best cure for it is a little baking soda (not baking powder)—1/2 teaspoon in a 12 oz glass of water. This makes your body a little more alkaline and the energy surges calm down. The best I can figure is that the electrical conductivity of your body is what is causing the reaction to the energy downloads. All batteries are either alkaline or acid; this is what conducts electricity. Most of us are too acid, and so the baking soda water takes the edge off.
